really not sure what the issue is with this location, but you should be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line regardless of the length. every morning the line is backed up to the street, so be prepared to wait 30-40 min in the morning. not worth it.

I visited 7 Brew recently and walked away feeling disrespected and unwelcome. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the way I was treated made me feel I was being singled out because I’m Black. My questions were brushed off, my order wasn’t taken with the same courtesy I saw given to others, and basic customer service was missing from start to finish. Omg! This is my new favorite coffee shop when I'm in town. Fast and friendly drive through with two lanes and explained their selection for us being our first time. Much better than other large chain coffee shops.
The quality of customer service has gone down SEVERELY since they opened. Each visit is more of an annoyance than anything. The kids working today cared more about their friends who came to order drinks than the other patrons in line. Beyond excited to have Dutch Bros coming nearby so we have better options with staff that actually takes care of all customers. At least the drink was good.
