Unless you’re a regular be prepared for bad customer service. Each time I come the iPad POS handlers aren’t welcoming or inviting and skip over vehicles. This location has no flow they’re all jumping around to different positions. Today when I went around 12pm I was passed in the drive thru line (by the same employee stated below) then I waited for my drink and I wasn’t being fully attentive (on my phone) One worker with red/auburn hair, a red shirt and sunglasses said “ma’am” as she shoved the drink into the window, no nice... read more
