SLOW. Holy cow. I have been sitting here for 17 minutes!!!!!! 2 cars are ahead of me.
Extremely slow! I waited over 15 minutes for 2 cups of hot chocolate and I never even got them because the employee taking orders was so slow. Another server actually came to the line and started helping and she still couldn't get it together. I counted 5 cars pass me in the line next to me and no progress and management didn't come check and was basically nonexistent! My previous order was also incorrect so it has several times where I have continued to receive poor service at this location!
Ms. Katherine Justice (hope I spelled that right…) is AWESOME. Very sweet girl, awesome customer service.
