I’m giving this location a 5 stars, solely because of MARY!!! Extremely sweet!!! Welcoming and just the most amazing customer service!! Can’t say the same for Jade. Jade has taken my order 3 times now, and 3rd time wasn’t the charm.. I try for a smile each time, I hope for a “Hey how are you?” .. instead each time, I’m just asked for my number, and given my drinks without a “Thank you” or “Goodbye” .. Listen, I am a first to say I love some 7 brew. But it is so frustrating that everytime I have to ask for light ice and then when I get my drink it is 3 quarters of the way full of ice. Maybe it's just me, but if someone is paying 8.00 for a drink plus a request for tip, they would get more than 7 sips out of their drink. I love you guys, but let's do better please.
