Your team has GOT TO be more aware of how cars arrive and who was first in line. Your current method is not working and I have waited patiently and watched during multiple visits how cars that have just arrived get their orders taken before cars that have been waiting MUCH longer……all because 1 line moved faster. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Whether I’m grabbing a coffee or an energy drink, it’s made exactly how I like it. Keep up the great work!
Went to 7Brew for the first time. I had the pleasure of being helped by Cora. She spent time telling me about options. I didn't feel rushed in anyway. She made suggestion of some options that I may like. She provided top notch customer service. I later found out she was the manager. Aside from having more options than Starbucks, the customer service is amazing.
