Brooklyn Taylor was absolutely the best, we had questions about a gift card and she was so attentive and helpful. I always see her working with a smile on her face and customer service like that is basically what keeps me coming back!
I'm torn on my review. I love Seven Brew, when they get it right! I've arrived at work 3 different times when it was NOT sugar free, as ordered. Frustrating but, more importantly, very dangerous! Still, they have a very efficient process to get customers through the long lines in the mornings!
University location ignores customers in the second lane like as if it doesn’t exist. This is my 2nd time to this location & the 2nd time they have ignored me in the drive thru while taking customers in the 1st lane. 0 out of 5. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
