I ordered a medium drink with no ice and they only filled it halfway, then charged me an extra $3 for no ice fill but wasn’t filled. My total was around $9 for a half-full medium drink. The worker never told me there would be an extra charge or that the cup wouldn’t be filled all the way. I understand y’all were busy, but a heads-up before charging me would’ve been appreciated.

I'm torn on my review. I love Seven Brew, when they get it right! I've arrived at work 3 different times when it was NOT sugar free, as ordered. I clarified whether it was sugar free when I got my drink. Clearly the inside & the outside people don’t talk. Frustrating but, more importantly, very dangerous!
