I love 7brew but OMG the wait is ridiculous. One line will be moving faster and they’ll just let customers Who have been waiting longer, sit there forever without taking their order instead of alternating lanes, then they expect a tip. I literally just waited in line for 25 minutes, watching 5-10 cars get helped out and not being able to switch lanes, all while the other workers stood inside chatting it up instead of helping with orders. I absolutely love 7brew coffee it’s always very good. I tend to frequent 7brew but this specific location has had terrible customer service the past two times. The staff often stand around and gossip and don’t take their job seriously. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I spend too much money at 7brew to justify waiting ungodly amounts of time due to staff not taking their jobs seriously.
Very fond of the short brunette! Came through asking for a recommendation on an energy drink and she recommended me her own creation which was amazing! Also struck up a very humorous conversation that made me laugh. I’ll be back :)
Staff just stand around and gossip. They don’t seem to want to do the jobs. Service is extremely slow. This isn’t a one time occurrence it has now happened on multiple occasions.
