I never thought in my life that something as simple as a strawberry banana smoothie would be so hard to make. I waited over 15 minutes for a 8$ banana flavored milk drink that was not frozen or anywhere near a smoothie consistency, and the best part, they forgot the strawberry in the “strawberry banana smoothie.” I took one drink, and about threw up. I don’t usually leave reviews but dang this was so terrible, I felt like I had to.
No cars in line as I pulled up around 5pm- rarely happens! My window was already rolled down as I drove around and I heard the workers arguing about who was going to come and take my order. One of them wanted to make a drink for themself they said. The one that did come over was very friendly. As my drinks were brought out (ordered one of the monthly features - orange sherbet milkshake) it looked pink. Drive Thru Only. They have amazing energy drinks.
I got a large blondie extra sweet light ice caramel drizzle whipped cream and a small blue raspberry fizz light ice. My coffee wasn’t extra sweet I had a huge clump of ice and a lot of ice. I didn’t see any caramel drizzle. It also tasted burnt. Like very bad. My small drink was more ice than liquid. This is the second time this has happened and the first time nothing was done about it. Very disappointing.
