I stopped by 7 Brew Coffee around noon and had such a great experience because of the employee Mallory. She had amazing energy and was super friendly right away. She even complimented my nails, which led to a quick little conversation that made the interaction feel really personal and genuine. It’s small moments like that that make a place stand out. She made my day a little better and is definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back!
I love this 7 brew but absolutely refuse to go on the weekends when it’s busy. The staff here is extremely nice and friendly, they’ve answered a ton of my questions and helped me order different drinks a million times. On the weekends there does tend to be more issues though the lines end up being 20+ cars each, and once you get in line, there’s no way to exit. Place like this can’t survive. Ran by children who lack any sense of urgency.
Today had to be one of the BESTTT services I ever had evennn though it was superrr busy and the lines were wrapped the line was moving pretty fast. The young lady who took my order Nalanie I think that’s how you spell it, She was the sweetesttt ever and I loved how she tried working around the fact that I couldn’t get cupcake in my Fizz.
