Sat in line for over an hour to not even end up getting a drink. The way the lines are organized makes it impossible to exit the line so you’re trapped up to a certain point when you’re in the right lane. Left lane didn’t seem to be experiencing as long of a wait, and I get that it’s very cold out today-but I shouldn’t have to physically and mentally prepare to wait over an hour for a drink.

Go to seven 7 often and enjoy their coffee but service has gone down since location opened - have gone to the line not right by the building last two times and had to wait very long - car that was next to me in the other line got coffee and took off 10 minutes before I got my coffee which makes no sense when we came in at the same time and were in the same place in both lines . There was only a person taking orders in the line closest to the building not line I was in which makes no sense as this would of course cause the ot... read more
