Left the Broken Arrow 7 Brew and went on the highway before realizing my coffee wasn’t made right. I stopped at the 21st St location to get it corrected. I politely explained and even showed the drink to them. Instead of simply fixing it or letting me know what they planned to do, they just changed it and charged me again—without telling me first. That’s completely unacceptable. Good coffee means nothing if customer service and communication are this careless. I won’t be returning to either location.
Best place in town to get your coffee
I love the seven brew on 71st St. in Broken Arrow. They are always so friendly and have a smile on their face and they give me delicious coffee to start my day. My favorite is the brunette.
