I wish I could give them more stars for their customer service we went in today and my daughter (6) took a chance and asked if they had any extra charms from their promotion yesterday. The sweet sweet brewista went and got her personal one for my daughter. Mg daughter gets nervous around new people/ when ordering so it was big for her to ask. When we drove off my daughter had tears in her eyes and tells me “mom she was so sweet”
got my drink drink wrong twice. energy drinks are now tasteless and watered down. not worth the price increase

Been going there a long time. Had 4 or 5 free drinks saved up. Went there the other day and they don't have my drink history. ALL of my free drinks were gone. I WILL NOT GO BACK! I'll go down the road to Starbucks and spend my money
