I ordered three hot chocolates made with almond milk; they got the hot almond milk correct. They forgot to add hot chocolate in ALL THREE of my drinks.
This place is almost a joke. There seems to be no actual supervision of what is going on. The loud music in other languages and gun sounds playing from the speakers is not welcoming at all. All of the employees running around acting like they don’t know what’s going on. Waited over 40 minutes. It’s just a terribly run establishment. Most likely will not be back.
I normally frequent this 7brew location at least 3 times a week… Today’s visit will change that to never! After waiting in a drive-through line for about 25 minutes only to make our order that total $15 and we were paying with cash and had a $50 bill and we’re told that they couldn’t make change for a 50 on a Saturday at lunchtime during a very busy shopping season, I find that very unacceptable and very unprofessional that an establishment can’t make $35-$40 worth of change Also from the first time I started going the music... read more
We waited in line for 40 minutes this afternoon to get 2 drinks.This is totally ridiculous to have to wait this long!! I will never return to this establishment.
The staff are nice, but the drinks taste more bland than when I get the exact same drink at other locations. Their new system is also terrible and doesn't register my free drink I had previously earned before they switched to the new system. This is my last time going to a 7 Brew. It's just not as good as it was and the experience isn't pleasant anymore.
