Favorite coffee place hands down!!!
They claim Kindness is one of their slogans. Tell me why I have had MORE bad interactions than good? I have tried this location several times in the past and each and every time something goes wrong. Either they back the line up so much that it’s gets confusing and frustrating or they get orders wrong. Here is the kicker, they never apologize! It’s usually: Well I’m here now. Great coffee with friendly, competent servers.
The customer service at this location is not very good. If they mess up your drink there is no apology which stinks when you have to wait in line all over again because of their error. I totally understand mistakes happen but their customer service here is unfriendly and awkward.
