We have only been to 7 brew a few times but this was probably the worst experience I have had at a drink spot. We went in the evening and there was a short line and no one behind us. The girl employee (red dyed hair) was rude from the start- no greeting, no patience, no smile, and short with us. We were ordering 4 drinks and with no menu we were still deciding, We ordered the first drink and then I said "just a sec, the rest of us are still deciding" and she said "so thats it?!" This is the 7brew I go to all the time and over time the drinks have lacked flavor and look/taste like mostly milk. I've gotten tired of having to go back through the line or asking them to remake my drink because I don't want to be that person who always needs that. I recently stopped by a different location and ordered my same drink... it was the best thing I had ever tasted. Always fun and friendly helpful staff, but the coffee is just excellent! Great to have choices when it comes to drinks and this is one of my two favorite go to places! I'm loving the new app! Was able to place an order then scan the QR code and pay when I arrived. My former (pre-app) points transitioned over into the app so I'm able to easily claim free drinks too.
