Horrible customer service. First off, they almost made us pay for the wrong order but then proceeded to give us the wrong order. After getting the correct order there was so much ice in our drinks that my brother couldn’t even put the straw in his lemonade. We asked for a different drink with less ice, and after they took it back inside, they came back out and said that it was against their policy to take it and give them another drink with less ice.
I never got the chance to get her name but the short girl who was taking orders outside with blonde hair on top and black hair underneath changed everything for me I was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago and I woke up this morning feeling extremely under the weather and not only did her smile make my afternoon but she complimented my hair and it’s not noticeable yet but it’s been falling out slowly so that meant everything to me and I believe god sent her to me this afternoon she took my order nice and quick was smiling ... read more
