Ordered a London Fog, a fairly simple and well-known beverage, esp for an establishment that does flavored beverages and claims to be good at it. Instead, they gave me a plain tea with milk. No foam, no flavor, no sugar. Just plain tea. I mean, congrats on your success and all, but come on. Are you really expecting me to believe your employees cannot make something as basic as a London Fog?
