Friendly, repeats order to make sure it’s correct, fast service. Each time I paused, I was asked if that was it. When my order was being taken, there was a beverage that needed different milk and the barista heard that and when the milk change wasn’t stated, she asked about the milk change. She also did this while an 8 year old was trying to play with the barista.

My wife went through the drive-thru for her usual coffee this morning. When she received it, the cup was full of coffee grounds. It was clear that something in their brewing system had failed to filter them out properly. She politely asked for a new coffee, but the employee was rude and dismissive, telling her that “coffee is supposed to have grounds in it.” She has ordered many drinks from this location without ever experiencing this issue.
