Quick and refreshing. I may have an addicition, but I stay loyal to my Albemarle location. Staff are always friendly and kind.
I am not including any employee names because it doesn’t really matter who the individual is. I was going through the drive through on a hot summer day. I asked the employee running drinks if I could move my car out of the sun, to which she responded that she could not let me pull into the shade because she would have to walk 2 steps around my car. The African American girl that took our order was super rude and hateful when I asked a question about my order. If you are going to work customer service find a better attitude and personality.I love getting drinks here but they need to hire better employees!
