This was my First time going to 7brew! I ordered a small cinnamon roll decaf drink with oatmilk & due to the medication I take I must stay away from high caffeine trace and they for sure gave me a regular along with no oatmilk and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I finished my drink midway and started feeling a rush. Also they messed up my bosses drink 2 times which caused me to have to wait for them to fix. I’m really disappointed. 7 brew is my favorite place to get coffee, and every single time I’ve been to this specific location every is extremely rude, they rush us through and don’t clarify what we actually order, and my drinks are always made wrong. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time it’s like this. I came through the other day and ordered a medium iced ocean breeze, and I asked for no ice well I didn’t know that if you get no ice they add an extra energy can and it is a 3$ up charge, a drink that norma... read more
