I go there almost everyday. Spending a minimum of almost $20 every time. Today changed my perspective completely. I ordered my drink, as a frozen drink. It came out to me as if it was an iced coffee but with no ice. I still gave it a chance and tried it before I left the drive through. Love the coffee, don’t appreciate being asked to tip.
I have been going to this 7 brew since they opened and have never had a problem until recently. I noticed i wasn't getting my free drinks so i asked them to check and i currently have over 4,000 point. I asked why i haven't gotten a free drink and the worker had no idea either. They said there was nothing they could do and gave me corporates number. Ive call over 20 time, left SEVERAL voicemails and have heard nothing.
