My wife and I have been going to 7Brew at the various locations in the area, lately we've had too many issues with not getting what we ordered. At the Massillon location, whomever prepares our drinks wears so much cologne we can smell it on the lids as well as not making our order correctly. I wish they understood that when sugar free drinks are ordered it is often because of medical reasons and how severely a mistake can effect the person who consumes it. Friendly groups whenever I come through, knowledgeable and polite, always feels like a good day with the music playing.
Great service drinks always made to the t of ur liking and one thing u don’t get anymore when the line is long is amazing side conversation they make sure ur comfortable if u have to wait

Kammora at the massillon location is the absolute best.! We see her almost everyday , she is always smiling and very energetic with a bursting radiant personality.! We come here so must that my 2 yr old niece calls her , her 7 brew bestie and she tips her everytime too.! Kammora literally makes our day brighter with her great service and beautiful smile.!
