I’m writing this critical review because I tried to purchase a gift card, and they said they were out of gift cards. I asked when they were getting more, and they said they didn’t know and they came randomly. I then asked which location nearby had one, and they said they didn’t know. I asked them if they could call a different location, and they said they don’t have phones to contact other stores. I’m supposed to drive around to different stores hoping they have a gift card, noted but no thanks 7 brew.
The employees are so friendly and the customer service is great but the iced lattes are weak in flavor . I always have to ask for extra shots of espresso which adds to the cost. I have been making them at home now with the javvy brand.
