First timer sharing my experience. I'm unsure of the protocol, but the sign at the entrance says choose any lane. Great! I drive into the outer lane and wait. There's one other car in the inside lane currently ordering. The employee finishes taking the order and goes to help the next inner lane car that arrives after me. This happens twice more with cars being served only in the inner lane. She continues to not acknowledge me when I try to say hello. I eventually left completely confused. 09/18/25 Went with my friend who had never heard of it before, great experience with our first person but the brunette girl with the pony tail afterwards had a nasty attitude towards us when my friend rolled down her window in confusion she legit mumbled under her breath as we drove away.
