I usually come here for my coffee and have always enjoyed it, but lately my experiences haven’t been great. When I visited yesterday, there were several employees standing around who could have been taking orders, which made the wait frustrating. I also asked for light ice and my drink was filled completely with ice. On top of that, the employee working the stand was very rude and didn’t engage in any conversation at all. Latte's are great and so is the customer service!
This location is a little out of my way, but I drove through when I was over that way. Mia helped me make sure I didn’t mess up my order as I said the wrong thing at first. She was a big help and made sure I got what I wanted. Thanks!
Each of the ladies I talked to through the drive thru were happy and courteous - in spite of them having to work in very cold weather. Enjoyed the experience, I’m sure I’ll be back.
