I am not sure what is going on with your company and employees, however something somewhere seriously needs to change and fast.. It seems like every second or third visit my order gets extremely messed up. The ONLY thing I change and switch is a go between iced and blended. And I ALWAYS order Sugar-free. Every time my family and I go here, one of our orders ends up wrong, and one or two of us is left with a drink we don't want. (It's always the drink sizing that ends up wrong)
