took forever. didn’t know getting two drinks would take 20+ minutes. instead of making drinks they’re outside talking to their friends that came through. after waiting for their little reunion, they finally left and when we got our drinks, all we got is a dirty look and messy drinks with half the coffee on the cup.
never had a problem with this location. love having a 7brew in Tahlequah, but the past three times I’ve went before work, There are employees sitting in the parking lot at 5:30. The lights are shut off and the location is not open despite the hours posted online. found out later that the manager wasn’t there to unlock the door for one occurrence why is this happening over and over? it’s not fair for the people of Tahlequah
While in line prior to work my order was taken. I was second in my line and it took around 15 plus minutes to receive my drink. Now, if the line had been to the road I would be more understanding of that time line. But what actually occurred was that the majority of the staff had decided that stocking took priority over the customers in line. While, yes, stocking is necessary. I do not believe needing 6 people to stock instead of clearing the line is a wise choice. Loved my drink. Once I finally received it.
