Ordered a latte and it was incredible! Maybe one of the best ones I’ve had. The crew inside seemed to be having a good time a work, always a good sign!!
The service and product is amazing but I found out that they will "promote workers to customers" aka "fire them" if they don't pass batista tests even though their training was subpar and lacking. Another corporation that finds a way to undermine and take advantage of their employees. Employee's performance always directly reflects the management they receive.

I ask for 4 shot's of expresso, taste like weak coffee, it was a ripoff!!!!!!
👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Went to get some gift cards. The employees were like monkeys in a zoo, screaming, running around and throwing a ball everywhere, inside, outside, all over Hell's half acre. I could barely hear the person who was helping me. Real professional. Then I was presented me with the GIMME TIP scam of 18/20/25% on the iPad FOR GIFT CARDS. I don't drink this slop, it all tastes the same no matter what flavor you get. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Five thumbs down.
