I had a very disappointing experience with 7 Auto Group. I purchased a car from them, and unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected shortly after the purchase. The issues caused a significant inconvenience, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, I found their customer service to be unhelpful and unresponsive. One of the easiest transactions buying a used car I’ve ever had. My son’s old car had catastrophic engine failure and we needed to find something affordable, reliable, and at a good price. I really am enjoying the Mini Cooper, it was a great transaction,I got my Registration and title in five weeks, The car has new tires Mike was really nice , the car was bought as is and had some burnt out lights and a few other problems but overall everything was great
genuinely a terrible experience, i made an appointment to buy a volvo they had everything seamed streamline until i got to the dealership mike informed me that the car “wasn’t ready” yet and they were still driving it to get it to pass smog, by the time i go into signing paperwork he told me i wouldn’t be able to take the car home today which was a huge issue because i moved to LA month ago and have just been in rental cars while i search for a new car. i also am a personal assistant so i drive constantly all day i need a ca... read more
