A friend brought me with her to a class and it was awesome! Everyone was so welcoming, high energy, friendly, and supportive. The spin was the perfect mix between challenging yet still keeping it enjoyable with great music. Would highly recommend this studio!
6ycle is a great studio to try if you’re looking to get into cycling! Their app is efficient, the studio is clean, and the instructors are friendly and motivating. While cycling ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me at this time, I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone considering an intense, high-calorie burn workout! They’re also great about offering free trials and classes if you’re unsure.
I wasn't really looking for a group fitness class, but my goodness am I glad I found one. 6ycle has been a fantastic experience from the start. The owners are informative and positive, the staff are incredible helpful and welcoming. There are a variety of classes and the schedule offers early morning to late in the evening sessions. I have seen so much growth in my own abilities and performance since joining 6ycle. I believe it is a very good thing that can help a lot of people transform their lives 💓 Emma is my favorite instructor. She's got an excellent mindset and always brings the heat to her classes.
Awesome place. Great staff, judgement free work out zone, with fun, high energy classes. Highly recommend. Also has healthy snacks for sale, and pre made meal prep available from a local source. If you are looking for a place to exercise and have a good time, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
