I’ve been coming here for years, from watch batteries to selling old gold jewelry. I always had a great experience until yesterday. I came to get a new battery for my watch and was told that given the busy time of year and high price of gold they no longer replace watch batteries. I honestly felt like I was being shooed out the door. And what poor business sense. I found a new jewelry store where they couldn’t be more welcoming. I not only had my watch battery replaced, I picked up a Valentines gift for my wife.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. Great people!
