I spent over 300 dollars to have my engagement ring resized. The 1st time it was resized, it was still too big. They suggested adding additional metal to help the ring from spinning. It still spins bad. My fiance put a ring resizer on the band from Amazon since this business did an absolutely an absolutely horrible job on my ring. It has been such an expensive and disappointing experience. Can you imagine wasting over 300 dollars for a ring to be resized at a jewelry store, and it was just as loose as when you took it in? 6th Avenue Jewelers are the bomb! They are so kind, welcoming, and helpful!! I would only go in there initially to have a battery changed in my watch and you would’ve thought I was a regular indulgent customer.…That’s how friendly and accommodating they are! They certainly inspired me later to wanna buy a few pieces of jewelry and recommend them to others! Special kudos to a guy name Ray…. Super nice!

I was in town for a wedding and the groom needed a special watch that his mother gave him resized just hours before the ceremony started. I called 6th Avenue Jewelers and spoke to Ray. He told me to come in right away and he resized the watch in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me. Both the groom and his mother were thrilled! I am so appreciative that Ray resolved a stressful situation on a very important day! Thank you!!
