Great location if you're attending any shows at the Portland 5, and parking fee after 5pm is reasonable, BUT, you get a ticket when you enter, and pay at a kiosk before going back to your car to exit the garage. There is ONE kiosk at each entrance. This means a LONG wait to pay, while people try to figure out how to scan the ticket, and then pay for it. C'mon, really? There should be a MINIMUM of TWO kiosks at each entrance, three would be ideal. Next time I'll park on the street to avoid all that nonsense.
