I’ve been coming to this salon since 2019. The other day I got a shellac manicure with french design and it turned out ugly. I asked the nail tech a few times to fix it and all she did was file the nails down more and put on more top coat. My nail shape was also ugly since she cut only on the right side for some reason. I called the salon and Lee told me to come back later in the day. I came back for my 2nd appointment and I waited 15 mins for it… ok and I sat down she wanted to file it again!
