staff will talk talk poorly of you while you’re sat infront of them then overcharge you and then expect tips. disgustingly unhygienic, use the same tools on everybody. don’t even greet you when you walk in. stop going here and supporting these clowns.

Used to love this place, but it’s honestly become a hit or miss now. My appointment was on November 8th at 3:30 PM, and the lady who did my nails completely ruined them. I showed an inspiration picture from their own Instagram, expecting at least something close, and still gave the benefit of doubt. The only change I asked for was hearts instead of butterflies, but what I got were cut-out blobs that don’t even look like hearts, with air bubbles all over my nails. Rude, unhygienic, and they overcharge their customers. The staff gossip and mock their clients who are right in front of them to each other in Vietnamese constantly— insulting them for their choices or how they talk (Assumed I couldn’t understand since I checked in for my appointment in English).. It’s weird to insult clients who are paying and appreciating your work.
