I had a wonderful experience. Kelsey is a gem of a person and she listens to your needs and concerns. I have curly hair and it’s pretty damaged, she did a curly hair treatment with a cut which made my hair breathe and now the curls feel softer and bouncy! She is also a professional who is a light hearted person and easy to talk to which made this whole process smooth and easy ✨
