If you have a 7.3 Powerstroke or a Cummins, and you THINK you've located a knowing diesel tech, make sure you are in fact with 697. Had to pay twice for a problem avoidable the first time by Sims Auto Center. Certification doesn't necessarily mean, on top of things. Cody & Erik were communicative, fair, and wait.... knowledgeable.
