NEEEEEEW UPDATE BROKEN A/C for 3 Months and MAYBE Monday it will get fixed rents paid on time all the time but sleeping in 90+ degree while paying over $1,200 NOT INCLUDING Pest control that we got 1 time due to them not having reliable pest services although it’s all charged on the rent the past 2 years and after 3 months of waiting and having to take time out of my work lunches and off days to go and constantly asking all the office employees and begging for a A/C unit my Electricity is over the roof too many steps to even... read more

They are nice apartments the grass and everything is cut real nice maintenance man is always there to do whatever you need I some guy that lives there told me that he's been having problems with the AC but it's so hot outside it's working too hard the pipes were freezing to have to go fix it twice and they start a lawn chair from his back part of his apartment it's a little space where you can sit down maybe two chairs an icechest and then there's a door with washer and dryer I was going to give it a 3 but I forgot about the... read more

Been living here almost 10 months definitely the place I’d reccomend beautiful clean community WITH AFFORDABLE prices Breanna was my leasing agent when I first got accepted here she was the sweetest thing ever big smiles as I walked in I don’t plan on leaving no time soon this isn’t jus a apartment this is A HOME
