Bobby is an amazing maintenance worker! He’s always quick to respond, does the job right the first time, and is very professional. On top of that, he has a great personality—always friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. It makes a huge difference having someone like him around the community!

we moved in less than 3 weeks ago and it’s safe to say this place is horrible. the day we received our keys nothing in the apartment was ready. maintenance was still in the unit trying to fix things, and the things they were trying to fix STILL aren’t fixed. we were told they’d come back that same day to finish it and they haven’t come back since, so we have wires hanging out in our laundry room and on our balcony and of course those lights don’t work. ac does not work at all, the lowest it’s gotten in here is 77 degrees. up... read more
