I have not even been here for 2 weeks and i already regret moving here this place is HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Before i could even move in my ac was not working already took them a whole week to fix it then MARIA tries and blame me that I did something wrong that I probably messed with it and broke it! After the week they “fixed” it my ac still was not cooling its reading 80 and I have it set at 65 this place is so bad and office staff is so rude specially MARIA! I do not recommend moving in here definitely read the reviews first. There is a roach and ant infestation. The office never bothers to answer the phone to put requests in for pest control. The only time maintenance will “fix” an issue is if you call the emergency maintenance they don’t bother with regular request. I’ve been having issues with my ac since I moved in almost a year ago it goes out every other month and all they bother to do is replace the air filter and call it “fixed”. Our new maintenance lead technician, Andy Garcia came to my unit and tackled a few issues that others didn’t finish. I would like to thank him personally. He said he’s gonna do his very best to making this a better place for all. He has personally come over and checked on my AC unit and said he will find the issue that others weren’t able to.
I cannot wait to go and move into Solana Vista at the end of June I wish it was sooner I have the money to move in if they let me lol I really love the place was beautiful magnificent I can't wait to be part of that world
