As a former owner run don’t walk from this building. There is water infiltration through the walls and the roof, elevators are unsafe and they don’t have enough money for all the repairs necessary.
Very respectful always on time and what they tell you you can't believe
I looked a buying a unit in this building around 2018, but backed out because the HOA fee's were extremely high considering the unit values. I now see a lot of units on the market as of 5/4/2020 in the 6901 building. Why so many units for sale. Is it the HOA fees, or what's going on there.
