My service request was addressed very promptly. The maintenance person met me in my building and was able to get my key to work in my apartment door loc so I could enter. He suggested ways I could facilitate getting the key to work if I had the same problem in the future. He was courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful.

We put in an application for an apartment. Mind you when one advertises apartment for rent it usually means one is available. We were told what we would need. At the end, we left a hold deposit yet when ever we called , the apart at was never ready. We ended up having to find another place and they kept our $300.00 deposit because they said we reniged on the spot which wasn’t even ready. The management is a joke. There was a water leak in the ceiling they stopped the leak and had all the necessary equipment to do the job and maintenance people to repair my ceiling in a very timely manner and the work was professionally done.
