We put in an application for an apartment. Mind you when one advertises apartment for rent it usually means one is available. We were told what we would need. At the end, we left a hold deposit yet when ever we called , the apart at was never ready. We ended up having to find another place and they kept our $300.00 deposit because they said we reniged on the spot which wasn’t even ready. The management is a joke. There was a water leak in the ceiling they stopped the leak and had all the necessary equipment to do the job and maintenance people to repair my ceiling in a very timely manner and the work was professionally done.

I live in one of the senior buildings at The Oaks. My review is for a maintenance request I placed yesterday morning. Sergio was here this morning and repaired both problems...my toilet and bathroom sink. He was professional and courteous and I appreciate his knowledge regarding both issues.
