Repair to my toilet, once started, was done quickly and neatly. Great work!
We lived in that place for 1 year, so that they could give you the apartment was fast, as it is 4 floors, I touched the second floor, the apartment is beautiful, I do not deny it, but there are cockroaches, we got on the list to spray and if they were, but the problem continued, if something breaks down like the bathroom, they ask you if you have two and if you say if you do not get to fix it in 2 weeks, in the end almost everything that failed was fixed by myself, then the neighbors let their dogs urinate. My service request was addressed very promptly. The maintenance person met me in my building and was able to get my key to work in my apartment door loc so I could enter. He suggested ways I could facilitate getting the key to work if I had the same problem in the future. He was courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful.
