As with all small residential units, there are pros and cons. But the current management company - Living In Town Properties - does such a great job! The building is foundationally older, but the finishings are higher-end. Each unit is unique, with one and two bedrooms throughout the 9-unit property. A great location - on the border of the Midtown business and garden districts.

The absolute worse living experience I’ve ever had! I would recommend this property to no one. In one year we’ve had three property management companies and each one got worse than the last. Parking sucks and maintenance requests rarely get a response. Save yourself the headache and go to a larger apartment community.
