We lived at Charter Palms for over a year and it broke our heart to have moved. The management is personal, confident and professional. It is quiet in the complex and full of wildlife.
EXCELLENT PLACE TO LIVE – THESE TOWN HOMES ARE GREAT VERY ROOMY AND CENTRALLY LOCATED GOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT. NEW WASHER AND DRYER CLEAN HARD WOOD FLOORS PATIO, BACKYARD. TWO LEVELS VERY NICE AND THE PRICE IS OUTSTANDING. OWNERS ARE VERY INVOLVED VERY NICE PEOPLE.THE MASTER BEDROOM IS SUPER NICE WITH TRACK LIGHTING BIG WALK IN CLOSET. THE PACKING IS TO BE DESIRED NEED WORK BUT ALL IN ALL THIS PLACE IS GREAT WE LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY OUR FAMILY.......GREAT NEIGHBORS!!!!!!!!
