I recently moved to 67 Church st, from I contacted the company for any vacancies they were pleasant. I spoke with Jeremy one of the lease agent and he help my son and I through the whole process. He replied to every message with answers and reassurance. The unit is lovely! The community is quiet, peaceful and the residents that I’ve met so far are so welcoming. Community Leasing Agent Jeremy has made this experience so easy for us. Great clear communication and friendly. Also very diligent in getting back to you. Normally within 24 hrs. The only reason I gave 4 starts is because we haven't moved in yet. But I very pleased with all the service and interaction we have had with InterRent and Superintendent thus far. The agents were very helpful and friendly. If they didn't have an answer right away, they were able to get the answer in a reasonable amount of time. It was a very good experience.
