I was just in town for the 4th. I reached out and spoke with Coach Mike who graciously opened his doors for a drop in. It was an open mat with some “killers” who not only were extremely inviting to an outsider but willing to provide some great feedback. I would highly recommend stopping in and training. I’ll be back as soon as I come back in town!

This gym has a great culture. I have traveling from NJ to attend conferences at the nearby University for years, and every year I drop by 662 to train when I am in town. Mike is the head coach, he is a humble, friendly, and approachable teacher. As far as I am concerned a trip to Oxford, MS is not complete unless you train here. Additionally, if you are a competitor you will “enjoy” the amount of talented higher belts they have to roll with.
I was in town a couple of months for work and this place was recommended. Great recommendation! Great atmosphere for learning and training. Coach is knowledgable and pays attention to specifics when coaching. The team is both competetive and extremely helpful. Good club! I'm looking forward to coming back next time work sends me in this direction.
