Unfriendly management when inquiring about leasing , not welcoming to people in their early to mid 20s. Beautiful building aside from that.
Great management, good location, a really nice place to live
Last year during this time, I was looking to relocate from NYC to Stamford, and there were multiple new luxury apartments in downtown Stamford. 66 Summer Street definitely stood out to me. The apartments are much more spacious for the price point you pay. The double-pane windows help keep the noise out, and having lived here for a year, I can confidently say I don’t hear my neighbors above me—a testament to the building's construction quality that I recommend asking the leasing manager about. My partner and I have lived at 66 Summer for the past several years and have never felt more at home! The management and staff are amazing and treat everyone in the building like family. Some of our favorite amenities are the rooftop and fun events like summer BBQs and Halloween parties. The location is amazing- a short walk or free shuttle to the train, a newly re-done Summer Street- with an endless amount of food and drink options and the beautiful Mill River Park is right across the street.
