I’ve lived here for 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my experience. 66 summer is incredibly dog friendly, and most elevator rides you’ll be on have a doggo or two aboard. Proximity to the mill river bark park, among the restaurants in our area, is a terrific value add. There are a lot of resident events which are always fun and well-organized. This is a five-star property! The staff is caring, friendly and responsive. Management works hard to promote a community atmosphere and put on some creative, inclusive and memorable events. It really feels like home and I’m sad I have to leave🙁
Unfriendly management when inquiring about leasing , not welcoming to people in their early to mid 20s. Beautiful building aside from that.
