There is so much to be said about the maintenance team, Randy specifically. Always willing to help with any issues and treats you like family with respect. If he is unable to resolve or help you he will definitely seek the help for you to ensure you are good.
Great spot, quality apartment, quality management and quality location.
I can not say enough about the great maintenance employee, Randy, that helped me out with a few issues I asked to be addressed. He is always knowledgeable and from what I’ve heard he helps all of the residents right away. 5 stars!
Walking into the lobby to be greeted by Jennifer, Maria, or Brandon, and the 66 Summer signature scent made coming home so sweet. The property manager, Adam, and leasing agent, Judy, were on top of any details regarding my move. All the units have incredible lighting, which is a plus. I loved my slow mornings spent on the rooftop overlooking the city (and NYC on a clear day).
