Posting this review as a warning to all future tenants so you all won’t have to go through the harassment by neighbors and HOA in this building. They will fine you left and right for any kind of activity that’s totally normal for 20-30 year olds. Fees can range from $300-$1000 per infraction! Good luck appealing because the HOA won’t even let tenants join and your landlord will happily throw you under the bus to recoup the costs Good luck putting a defense because the HOA doesn’t even recognize the tenants.
