****, the Manager, has been very patient and has answered all my questions before even I committed to the service. He gave me professional advices and would not settle for quality. Price is not everything. I trust his professionalism. His staff who came to repair our garage door was experienced and on time too.
Sliding doors were repaired however metal cover plate replacement were not done as promised Subsequent follow ups and calls were ignored by technician Steve and front office Hope your strive for customer service is not just a lip service
Great service, my garage door came off the rails, I called GVA and we set up an appointment, the door was fixed the next day. Russ was very professional and did a great job!
Texted GVA with a picture of my issue. Heard back immediately. Got an appointment after discussing whether it was urgent or not. Genuine concern. Both Ross and Marco excellent customer service skills. Had to all office as well and they were quick and efficient. I look forward to calling GVA when I have an issue as they treat me great! *****

Very fast service, came within 15 minutes of calling there 24/7 emergency number ( my wife’s car was trapped in the garage). My technician’s name was Ross who was very friendly and professional. He put a temporary spring on the door so my wife could leave in the morning for work. He returned next day at the time he said he would and installed the proper size spring. Very happy with the service and price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This has been the absolute worst customer experience of my life. After paying a 50% deposit GVA delivered the door no less than 2 months late (4 months after a $1,200 deposit) without any communication or updates as to when it would arrive. After finally receiving the door the job was done on Friday evening. The workers that came were very friendly and the install went well.
