The building is quiet, and the staff is professional. Yes, the apartment is small but it’s enough for me at this stage in my life. There’s an awesome fruit/veggie market within walking distance called Peaches and Greens. I haven’t had any issues.
Have been living here for nearly 2 years and must say that I love it here. Sam has been one of the most attentive property managers to communicate and work with. Very attentive and quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Neighborhood is not super busy or loud which I enjoy and super convenient location!
Very well maintained building, with lots of charm and character. The management company is excellent, responsive and dependable.
I’m surprised I have not left a review. July would make it a full year of residing in this complex and quite frankly there are no words to describe how wonderful this experience has been. The apartments are cozy and more spacious than other studios you will find. I also believe the price is amazing considering it’s extremely close to the Qline and downtown Detroit and Samuel provides opportunities for discount’s every once in a while.
