I have been living here for 4 months and I must say this this building is great . It’s quiet no issues in a great neighborhood walking distance to the grocery store and may other things and has a little park where I take my grand son it’s clean kept very well Sam is super awesome made my move in very simple and streamlined very up front with everything and accessible to talk to talk if any concerns come up and understanding. The building is quiet, and the staff is professional. Yes, the apartment is small but it’s enough for me at this stage in my life. There’s an awesome fruit/veggie market within walking distance called Peaches and Greens. I haven’t had any issues.
Have been living here for nearly 2 years and must say that I love it here. Sam has been one of the most attentive property managers to communicate and work with. Very attentive and quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Neighborhood is not super busy or loud which I enjoy and super convenient location!
Very well maintained building, with lots of charm and character. The management company is excellent, responsive and dependable.
