I've toured all three Hazelwood Apartments and spoken to both Sam and Melissa at different occasions and I can't express how professional they are and the comfort they give me. I had a guided tour with Melissa and she was very thorough, patient, and answered all my questions completely. We even ran into a tenant during a tour of the laundry space and despite having to-do items and requests of her own, the tenant also expressed how responsive and helpful property management has been. This is my husband and I first place and when I tell you that Sam & Melissa were literally nothing less than AMAZING! Once showed around on the tour, we automatically knew which place we would call home! Sam literally made everything happen in a matter of 3 days tops! I am moving from Georgia so they both took the stress off of me and walked us through every step! I highly recommend this complex and Sam & Melissa! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and genuine care!
Oooookay. Here goes. Initially, moving into this apartment was wonderful. I was one of the first residents post-rehab. Beautiful building, great charm. Elevator is pretty cool, but the awe of that wears off quickly once your hands are full with groceries and need to slide open two huge doors to get on. No biggie. The pictures of the apartments do the building wayyy more justice than what’s earned. Do Not apply to this place unless you have $$$ to just throw away! Was told that the "holding fee" was refundable. Even if I wasn't approved. When I didn't get the apartment, they had a lame excuse why I couldn't get it back. Don't even waste your time!!!
