I had a very frustrating and unfair experience with Impark on Elm Street. I paid for parking on March 8th, but because of their system error (wrong time due to daylight saving), I still got a ticket along with others. I reported it the next day. They took over two weeks to respond and basically said “too bad,” offering a reduced fine instead of taking responsibility. This is not a mistake — it’s dishonest. They rely on system errors and still profit from them.
