May many more customers churn because of this company's greed. Any company taking advantage of a few minutes past a parking session expiry time in a medical building is shameful. I will be avoiding any Impark moving forward. I returned to my car a few minutes late after an appointment and received a parking notice issued four minutes after the session expired at 655 Bay. I parked at 655 Bay Street while working onsite at SickKids Hospital. I paid $26 for parking and correctly registered my licence plate. The parking system only allowed me to purchase parking until 6:00 PM, which was the maximum duration available at the time. My service work unexpectedly ran longer than planned, and I returned to my vehicle at approximately 6:52 PM. I had a very frustrating and unfair experience with Impark on Elm Street. I paid for parking on March 8th, but because of their system error (wrong time due to daylight saving), I still got a ticket along with others. I reported it the next day. They took over two weeks to respond and basically said “too bad,” offering a reduced fine instead of taking responsibility. This is not a mistake — it’s dishonest. They rely on system errors and still profit from them.
