Worst customer service and predatory practices. Payment instructions were not placed in clear or conspicuous locations, leading to a reasonable assumption of a pay-on-exit system. Returned to find a $98 private invoice. I called immediately to pay or resolve it reasonably, but customer service agents and even their supervisor refused to hear reason or review the situation. Cash grab operation with zero flexibility.
They charge you $4 just for entry where do you find a spot or not. I would avoid underground parking.
May many more customers churn because of this company's greed. Any company taking advantage of a few minutes past a parking session expiry time in a medical building is shameful. I will be avoiding any Impark moving forward. I returned to my car a few minutes late after an appointment and received a parking notice issued four minutes after the session expired at 655 Bay. I parked at 655 Bay Street while working onsite at SickKids Hospital. I paid $26 for parking and correctly registered my licence plate. The parking system only allowed me to purchase parking until 6:00 PM, which was the maximum duration available at the time. My service work unexpectedly ran longer than planned, and I returned to my vehicle at approximately 6:52 PM.
