We had 4 bedrooms and a loft area carpeted in 2016. A few months later a seam showed up in the middle of the loft area and the carpet started to mat down. By 2018 every room was matted and the carpet was buckling. We had to have every room re-stretched, one of the reps. that came couldn't believe the condition of the carpet. A couple weeks ago we saw they had a sale, pay for one room and the rest are free. I had 651 Carpets install carpets to three rooms and to do a patch job in my basement. At first, the salesman who came in to show us samples seem to understand what we were asking them to do, but when it came time for the install it was clear the installers had no idea how the patchwork was going to work. With concern to the salesman, we did not remember to ask for an upgrade on our padding. But you would think this would be a question the salesman would ask in case the customer did forget. Do not recommend 651 carpet had a date set for the install and they were a no call no show, called them and was told the guys were loading up to come and noticed it didn’t seem like enough carpet so they checked it and they said the supplier sent the wrong carpet but it’s not their fault, he kept repeating that I finally asked him to stop saying that it wasn’t my fault either .
