It's a nice place, but their main problem is their delivery process for outside packages. You can have a package delivered at 10am but you still wont be able to receive it until after noon the next day. I think there is a lack of consideration with this especially during weekends. I had a package notification that it was delivered Saturday morning, but could not retrieve it until Monday afternoon. This needs to be improved.
