You’ll get a ticket even if you pay
Received a parking ticket even though I paid in full online. Parking enforcement company Impark is practically unreachable. Multiple cars around mine also had tickets on their windshield and I find it hard to believe they were all parking illegally.
I parked here last Saturday afternoon as I was attending an event nearby. This place is not safe. The sign on the stairwell said "for your safety, use the elevator'. I got in the elevator and the smell of urine was overpowering. Someone had urinated on the floor and all over the walls of the elevator. I received a fine in the mail that went to collections although i paid the $15 fixed rate. There was no ticket on my wipers either so I am not sure where they are randomly charging fines from. Be careful when parking here or avoid all together.
