My husband and I have lived here for just under three years and sadly plan to move out in the spring. We moved in as a newly engaged couple, and are moving out as husband and wife. I lived here for just shy of 2 years and had I not bought a house I'd still be there. The assigned parking is a great feature and the location can't be beat. Close to Montclair, parkway, 280, and Newark. The property is well maintained, even in winter. Quiet and super nice neighbors. The apartment was huge, spacious living room and bedroom you just don't see in this area. I was really lucky to have found this rental.

I lived at 65 James St. apartments for 3 years, my overall experience there was wonderful. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot which is a great convenience and the parking lot also has ample visitor parking spots for when you are having company. The building is managed very well and kept very clean, you will regularly see landscapers and cleaners throughout the building. Wonderful place to live! Management is always very responsive. We had an issue with our stove on a Sunday and after notifying the owner, he was here within the hour to fix it. They truly take excellent of their tenants. Units are large and spacious and feature modern updates and wood floors. Walking distance to lots of great BYO restaurant on Broad Street.
