My Move-In Experience with Group Fox was Excellent
GroupFox is the best! – GroupFox is the best! You really discover what kind of manager you have when you really need them. GroupFox has been very responsive to both our small needs and our big ones too. When the AC needed to get into the window, they responded. When the sink didn't drain, they responded. When needing a place to meet with a group, they provided some space. The layout of the apartment is great! – REPEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The layout of the apartment is great! It feels incredibly spacious. The kitchen is gorgeous, all new. The paint is brand new as are the floors. Now, I share this apartment with my boyfriend and our bedroom is HUGE with two HUGE closets, one for him and one for me. Absolutely superb – I find our building to be clean and well maintained. I have always felt safe and have never had any problems. The location is absolutely superb, less then a five minute walk to all types of transportation, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and the like. 2 of the above stars should really belong to John the maintenance man. He has always been prompt, professional, and helpful with my requests. Thank you John.Thank you Group Fox.

Great – Everyone there is great. They get back to you and are pretty understanding. I'm also a good tenant so I guess if you're late on rent or loud, they might not be so nice to you.
I have nothing but praise for the staff. I would definately recommend to my friends to rent from them. I have lived in other apartments in Chicago, and I wish that they would have been as courteous and accomodating as Group Fox.
