Theowner of this house is totally fraud, she is cheating on rentals by taking extra Money from students and when we ask for returning deposits she makes arguments in many ways to steal that amount Please be aware from this kind of renatl house. There are numbers of mice roming around the house. Moreover, owner is very rude and greedy.
Worst house to rent out You get thrown out on the last day of lease that too in afternoon. The owner is so rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even respects your privacy. The people who were at work, even their stuff was interfered with and everything she saw in fridge and dining table was directly thrown in garbage. You weren’t were given time to calmy and properly take out your stuff
Neat and clean house well maintained by the landlord and friendly housemates will make you more comfortable here. This is my first rental house in canada and i am going to remember it forever and landlord is a good lady, she is so kind.🤗

The house is amazing. My friend rented the house and invited me over for coffee. The place is warm and cozy. I like the fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped too. But the best part I liked is the front and back yards.
