63 Auto is a big blessing for our family.... me and my husband was denied from another dealership. We came here and was approved for a car. Mo our car salesman was very helpful throughout the whole process.

They bait-and-switched me on a Jeep they had, then blamed their "AI software" that takes info from their website and messaged me daily for a week about the vehicle - that they'd sold a week prior! Edit: after I submitted this, I was called. Mo argued their view of the interaction, rather than attempting to understand what it was that formed my opinion. Rather than address their AI or their process, they asked me to take the review down.
