I see that a lot reviews relate to what I went through in this dental office. I don’t recommend this dentist to nobody Charles Wang is a dishonest person. He charged me a 40 dollars copay which my insurance doesn’t required me to pay. As soon as I told him I was going to make a police report and report it to my insurance he send it back to my bank card. I’ve gone to another dentist and my dental work is being done without problem. Charles Wang just made me waste my time.
I’ve been going to 626 Dental Care for a while now and consistently have a great experience. Dr. Wang is thorough and takes the time to explain what’s going on with my teeth before recommending any treatment — never feels rushed or pushy about unnecessary work. Dr. Jenny is fantastic too, especially for cleanings; she’s gentle, detail-oriented, and always gives helpful tips for at-home care. The office staff is friendly and scheduling is easy. Dr. Wang, his assistant, Jenny, & staff are excellent. They are very patient and they give you all the information that you need and I highly recommend them to anybody who doesn't like to go to the dentist. I am very pleased with their work!
My crown tooth had been hurting for 2 days. I called Dr. Wang’s office in the morning for an appointment and he was nice enough to squeeze me in for a last minute same day appointment which I really appreciate. He was working on two patients when I arrived but was able to see me within 20 minutes. He did some tests and was able to pinpoint the problem. I just had a dental appointment today and everything went well. My cleaning was successful because all my tartar was removed. From my experience, they are completely transparent during the treatment plan. The office also looks newly remodeled and Dr. Wang is kind even when the clinic gets busy. Please give this place a try!
