One of the worst and most horrible customer service rep on Turo Period! I was texting them by accident and the person behind the text got rude, unprofessional and extremely reluctant. I had rented from them before and the texts were going to them apparently instead of another vendor. So he/she saw that I couldn’t provide a feedback on Turo anymore since the feedback time was already surpassed, so he/she allowed themselves to be rude! Fantastic rental experience with 626 Auto Group in Ontario! The owner was communicative, professional, and made the entire process seamless. The car was super clean, drove beautifully, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The car was very clean and practically brand new — well maintained throughout. Communication was clear and smooth, and pickup and drop-off were an absolute breeze.
BEWARE – Do NOT rent from 626 Auto Group on TURO. I rented from 626 Auto Group last month (March), and everything seemed fine—until two days after I returned the vehicle, they charged me a smoking fee. I never smoked in the car and was shocked by the accusation. When I reached out to 626 Auto Group for clarification, all I received were auto-replies that redirected me to contact TURO.
