rudest customer service i’ve ever encountered highly recommend getting a loan from quite literally anyone else.
Stood for 30 minutes only to take a seat for a "desk person." Saw 2 "desk people" and they were "helping" ppl before I even got there, so they were with customers a MINUMUM of 45 min. My lunch hour at the bank. AND they allowed a customer to stand behind the tellers so he could have seen sensitive information about ppl coming to the counters!!! Unreal!
Went in the branch 5 times to reset the pin/ was given a number to call and was told to come back in to do it in the branch and told to call again or the department was closed and to come back. Ended up cutting the card in half after the agent did nothing for me my last visit. The manager called me to tell me he would overnight a replacement. 20+ year member. Absolutely done with this bank. While I was out of the country, I had plenty of money in my account. Because of a hold that never even posted, Member One charged me 10 overdraft/court fees — $350 total. My account was never overdrawn. After “escalating,” they refunded only $175 and showed zero accountability or concern. I told them I’m moving four accounts — they didn’t care. This is not how you treat loyal members. Avoid.
I have my auto loan with Member One. I called to ask customer service to please set me up for some kind of payment reminder. Anything would be better than nothing. A text, email, statement in the mail-literally ANYTHING. They don't send paper statements, emails, texts, or anything at all. I know I have to pay this every month, but I have about a million bills every month, all with different due dates.
