Member One FCU merged with VA FCU to become the 3rd largest credit union in Virginia and the number #1 debacle. The Member One FCU that we once knew and loved is gone for good. The transition has been a catastrophic nightmare which has caused nothing but torment. They can have this crap. I'm out!!!
Being transferred when being respectful and asking simple questions. I have been ignored and transferred to 2 specialist so they say but you get on the phone with them they have no idea what’s going on. I’m not sure if they have trained staff or everyone is new but I am worried. I got told by two people I got charged 5$ for a account I already have and after 45 mins of being thrown around I hate this bank I wish we never merged please train staff to hold while someone talks not just transfer
This is the worst bank you can ever go with! They don’t know what they are doing! Customer service is the worst thing I have ever seen. Called their no. Just to be passed around for over 1 hr then they hang up!
Entire experience through the merger has been ridiculously horrible. Will be dropping them as soon as possible. Horrible service.
