I recently traded an auto that I had financed with Member One. I did not have a single issue for the entirety of the loan and actually enjoyed working with them. I received a letter in the mail a few weeks ago showing the account was closed and it also reflected on my credit report. What is the point of only being open during the hours when most people work? A lot of people get off at 5:00 or 6:00 would help if you are open a little later than that
