Unbelievable issues with package and bike theft. Do not live here - your stuff WILL get stolen and management will not help you. I have lived in Seattle for several years and never seen anything like this - it's not just that the rate of theft is high, it's that management literally throws their hands up and says they can do nothing about it. Great building and vibe Poor management - slow, no transparency
2 stars for my Seattle apartment – amenities are a highlight, front office & maintenance works are outstanding but issues include frequent package thefts (no on-site cameras that work), prolonged elevator outages without compensation, occasional pet waste in the complex, and chronic double-parking in the paid parking garage that's a real pain. Mixed experience overall.
One consistent thing about living here is your packages will get stolen.
